I learned yesterday that Port Jefferson School is/was going to have an "emergency evacuation drill" this afternoon. After which, the kids will be released early. However, the drill will not take place if it rains. So, on Monday, the bulletin boards in school may read, "Emergency evacuation drill cancelled due to inclement weather."
